The Mission of the Shenango Valley Young Professionals is to enrich its members by offering emerging leaders the assistance they need as individuals and as a group to realize their full capabilities and potential through organized social, professional and community involvement opportunities.

The Leadership Shenango Class of 2005 was challenged to create an entity that would provide opportunities for emerging leaders to network, provide opportunities, to volunteer, and to promote career development.
